This article deeply touched me. In particular, your statement that "true connection comes from being authentic, not perfect," made me think: in the fast-paced and stressful modern workplace, leaders or coaches who obsessively pursue "perfection" often miss opportunities to build trust and empathy.

I particularly resonated with this statement: "I'm not more mature, but I'm more aware of my own flaws and failures." This statement embodies true wisdom and courage, and reveals that the core of influence lies in the ability to empathize, not in job titles or labels.
